Janzen Earthscaping is looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. This position will involve a variety of landscaping, excavation, backfilling, and general labour duties.

Job Duties

- Perform general landscaping and construction labour
- Assist with backfilling, grading, and site preparation
- Move and spread soil, gravel, and other materials
- Assist with excavation and landscaping projects
- Operate hand tools and small equipment
- Load and unload materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work site
- Follow directions and work safely as part of a team
- Other general labour duties as required

Qualifications

- Previous landscaping, construction, or labour experience is an asset
- Experience with backfilling or grading is an asset
- Skid steer or equipment experience is an asset
- Valid driver's licence is an asset




- Able to perform physically demanding work and lift/move materials
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
