We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our client's production and warehouse team. The successful candidate will assist with assembling boxes, preparing customer orders, handling materials, and supporting daily shipping operations. The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting that requires repetitive heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

- Work closely with the Production Lead and Shipper to support daily production and shipping operations.
- Assemble boxes and prepare orders according to warehouse requirements.
- Accurately verify products against pick sheets to ensure orders are complete and correct.
- Collect materials and products throughout the warehouse to prepare sample boxes and customer orders.
- Organize and transfer completed orders to the Shipper for final packaging and shipment.
- Perform repetitive lifting and material handling of products weighing 50–75 lbs throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all equipment operating procedures, workplace health and safety policies, and company standards.
- Assist with additional general labour and warehouse duties as required.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in general labour,



production, packaging, or warehouse environments is an asset.
- Must be physically capable of repeatedly lifting and handling 50–75 lbs throughout the workday.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail when verifying products and preparing orders.
- Ability to follow written instructions, pick sheets, and safety procedures.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive workplace.
