About the Opportunity

Millennium is currently seeking a full-time, geomatics/survey technologist/survey assistant to join our team in Rocky Mountain House, Alberta or the surrounding area.

Responsibilities:

▪ Perform all tasks related to field surveying practices and procedures as required for the role.
▪ Enjoy working outdoors!
▪ Follow instructions from field supervisor, take on new challenges, and build relationships with local client representatives/consultants.
▪ Possess strong values and work ethic and can work throughout Alberta for extended periods as part of a two-person crew.
▪ Follow all safe work procedures as laid out in Millennium’s HSE manual and meet individual client requirements.




▪ A keen eye for accuracy and a focus on quick turnaround are fundamental requirements for this role.

Education and Experience:
▪ A Diploma in Geomatics or Surveying Technology would be an asset.
▪ Previous geomatics experience with oilfield/legal surveys within Alberta is an asset.
▪ Recognized and valid safety certification in H2S, First Aid, ATV, and chainsaw faller safety are considered an asset.
▪ Interpersonal, team, verbal and written communication skills are crucial to this role.
