RECE/Program & Kitchen Support at Winterwood Child Care Centre; 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week. This position is classified as permanent full-time.

This position is comprised of two areas of responsibility, both of which are performed on a daily basis: in-ratio program support (3.25 hours per day) to the preschool children enrolled in the centre’s two preschool programs, and kitchen-related duties (3.75 hours per day), which include but are not limited to the coordination of the meals which are delivered to the centre by the catering company.

Requirements: Registered Early Childhood Educator preferred; experience working with preschoolers is preferred; valid Intermediate (formerly “Standard”)



First Aid and CPR; up-to-date immunizations; negative criminal records check for the vulnerable sector; Food Handler Certification.

RECE Wage: $28/hour (including applicable wage grants). Non-ECE candidates may be considered at a reduced wage rate.

Start Date: November 16, 2026

Pay: $28.00 per hour
