Hey Toronto! RMT Studio is looking for a Registered Massage Therapist to join our team.

We’re an RMT-owned, massage therapy-focused clinic that’s been part of the community for over 15 years. Located in the heart of the city, we see patients from King West, Fort York, CityPlace, Liberty Village, Queen West and beyond.

We’ve built a reputation for quality, patient-centred care in a space that feels warm, welcoming and professional. We’re a small team that values clear communication, professional growth and a shared commitment to providing safe, effective and inclusive care.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, wants to build meaningful relationships with their patients and colleagues, and is interested in establishing a practice within our community.

What We're Looking For

- A confident, capable therapist with strong hands-on and communication skills
- Someone who takes pride in their work, their workspace and their professional relationships
- A commitment to ongoing education and professional development
- Consistent standards of cleanliness, organization and punctuality
- An inclusive, judgement-free approach to patient care
- Comfort working with a range of patient needs and pressure preferences, including firm pressure when appropriate
- An interest in building and maintaining a patient base within an established clinic
- Ideally available for 3–5 shifts per week, including one weekend day. Current openings are Monday and Thursday (8 am–2 pm), Friday (2:15 pm–8:15 pm), and Saturday or Sunday, with weekend hours flexible and determined by the therapist.
- Current registration and professional liability insurance

We welcome applications from both experienced RMTs and new graduates. We value the perspective that comes with experience just as much as the curiosity and enthusiasm of someone starting their career.

What We Offer

- Established client base, with an average of 45–65 recent clients each month and over 90% clinic-wide client retention
- Three spacious treatment rooms in a bright, modern, thoughtfully designed clinic
- Electric tables, table warmers, Thermaphores, towel warmers and Sonos speakers
- Commission split starting at $91 per treatment hour, with a cap option available for therapists working at least four days per week
- Professional linen and cleaning services
- JaneApp practice management software and a selection of massage oils and gels
- Six-hour shifts with approximately five hours of hands-on treatment time
- Small, collaborative team that values professionalism, mutual support and a positive working environment

Send us your resume along with a short introduction telling us a little about yourself, what your ideal work environment looks like, what you expect from a clinic, and why RMT Studio interests you.
