About the Position
Live in Comfort Cleaning is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Residential Cleaner to join our team!
We take pride in providing high-quality residential cleaning services and creating clean, comfortable homes for our clients.
You will work as part of a team of two, travelling together in a company work van between residential job sites throughout Wasaga Beach, Stayner, Collingwood, The Blue Mountains, and Thornbury.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude, and enjoys helping make people's homes feel fresh, clean, and welcoming.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine residential cleaning services in clients' homes.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated spaces.
- Dust furniture, surfaces, baseboards, and other areas as required.
- Vacuum carpets and rugs, and sweep and mop floors.
- Clean mirrors, glass, countertops, sinks, showers, toilets, and other fixtures.
- Clean and maintain designated surfaces and areas according to client instructions.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and appropriately.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Work efficiently and cooperatively with your cleaning partner.
- Travel between job sites in the company work van.
- Use the company's app to access work site information, complete cleaning checklists, take required photos, clock in and out of shifts, and complete assigned training.
- Respect clients' homes, privacy, belongings, and instructions.
- Communicate professionally with team members and management.




- Report any damage, concerns, or supply shortages promptly.
- Please note: Our services are focused on residential cleaning. Laundry, dishwashing, and bed-making are not included.

Requirements

- A valid Ontario G Class driver's licence.
- A clean, acceptable driver's abstract. The successful applicant must provide this after accepting the letter of offer. Employment is conditional upon receiving and approving the abstract.
- Ability to pass a criminal record check, which Live in Comfort Cleaning will arrange and cover the cost of.

Personal smartphone required: Employees must use their personal phone to access the company's app for work-related tasks, including clocking in and out of shifts, accessing work site information, completing cleaning checklists, taking photos, and completing required training within the app.

- Ability to work independently when required and as part of a team.
- Professional, respectful, and trustworthy when working in clients' homes.
- Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, bending, reaching,



and lifting cleaning supplies and equipment throughout the workday.
- Willingness to travel between job sites throughout the designated service areas.
- Previous residential cleaning experience is an asset but is not required.

Compensation & Schedule

- $25.00 per hour. Full-time weekday schedule, Monday to Friday.
- Typical working hours of approximately 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, depending on the daily schedule and client needs.
- Paid lunch breaks.
- Paid travel time: Travel time is paid while travelling in the company work van to and from work sites during the workday.
- Work as part of a team of two.
- Travel between job sites in a company-provided work van.

Background Check & Driving

Requirements

The successful applicant must complete a criminal record check arranged and paid for by Live in Comfort Cleaning. Because the position may require driving the company vehicle, the applicant must hold a valid Ontario G Class driver's licence and provide a clean, acceptable driver's abstract after accepting the letter of offer. The offer of employment will be conditional upon the driver's abstract being provided and approved by Live in Comfort Cleaning.
