Key Responsibilities:

- Accept new written prescription orders and refill prescriptions
- Verify patient, physician, medication, quantity, and refill details
- Verify and input third-party coverage information




- Scan and enter prescriptions into the Kroll database
- Report dispensing concerns to the Pharmacist on Duty

Requirements:

- Previous technician experience required
- Solid customer focus and interest in serving others
- Previous Kroll pharmacy software experience is an asset
- Strong independent problem-solving skills and multitasking ability
- Availability for days, evenings, and weekends
