This General Farm Worker position focuses on blueberry production and hands-on field maintenance. You will clean crops, remove field debris, secure plants, and assess produce quality. The work includes repetitive, physically demanding tasks performed through sitting, standing, and walking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plant, cultivate, irrigate, weed, and fertilize blueberry crops
- Harvest crops and cut agricultural plants
- Explicit brush and debris from fields and work areas
- Divide produce into marketable and non-marketable lots
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment

Requirements:

- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- No experience required; training will be provided
- Ability to distinguish between colours
- Ability to handle up to 13.5 kilograms
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
