Welcome Members at GoodLife Fitness as a part time Customer Service Representative in Windsor, Ontario, using communication and customer service skills.

The Motivator is the first Associate many Members and Potential Members meet at the Club. This role supports positive experiences through front desk service, membership knowledge, appointment booking, and issue resolution. You will also assist with fitness equipment questions and Fit-Fix Starter sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet Members and check them into the Club
- Welcome Potential Members and direct them appropriately
- Answer calls, take messages, and book appointments
- Resolve Member questions, concerns, and information updates
- Complete cleaning tasks, Club runs, and required learning

Requirements:

- CPR-A and AED Certification
- Smart Tan certification within three months
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency and customer service skills
- Fitness industry knowledge and sales experience preferred
