The Heating Plant Operator II assists the Heating Plant Shift Supervisor with plant operations. The 13.5-month term focuses on equipment producing electricity, steam, demineralized water, and compressed air. These utilities serve the University of Alberta campus, surrounding hospital facilities, and other customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Heating Plant Shift Supervisor with plant operations
- Operate equipment involved in producing electricity
- Operate equipment involved in producing steam
- Support production of demineralized water and compressed air
- Help maintain secure and efficient plant operation

Requirements:
