Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences with Abercrombie & Fitch Co. through floor supervision, coaching, and daily sales performance. This schedule includes weekends.
As a Key Lead, you support the store leadership team while guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates. You help operations run effectively through customer focus, product knowledge, and sales execution. The position also combines register operation, visual displays, reporting, and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform opening and closing routines
- Guide and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates
- Operate register and point-of-sale systems
- Fulfill OMNI Channel orders and build visual displays
- Analyze reporting and protect store assets
Requirements:
- At least one year of retail experience preferred
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
- Solid customer focus and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication, initiative, and confidence
- Availability Saturdays, Sundays, certain holidays, and peak periods
