Drive furniture, technology, and supplies sales while delivering exceptional customer service and strengthening customer engagement and satisfaction.

As a Sales Associate, you will sell tailored products and services using the store’s selling model and available tools. You will handle POS and shipping transactions, support merchandising standards, and help meet sales and margin goals. The position also requires effective communication, teamwork, and customer-focused problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance customer engagement
- Drive sales across furniture, technology, and supplies areas
- Set and achieve sales and margin goals with store leaders
- Support planograms, signage standards, merchandising,



and stocking
- Handle POS transactions, including shipping and marketing tools

Requirements:

- Three months to one year of prior retail experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Ability to offer tailored products and services
- Ability to maintain Health and Safety policies
