All Points Law is a well-established, general-practice law firm in beautiful Qualicum Beach. Our current team consists of two lawyers, eight support-staff and one articling student. Our focus is on real estate, wills & estates, civil litigation, corporate law and family law. We are looking for a friendly, well-organized individual to join our cohesive team.

Specific job tasks will include:

- Drafting various documents, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Representation Agreements, letters to clients, and Wills accounts;
- Registering Wills Notices with Vital Statistics BC;
- Monitoring deadlines and setting-up reminder systems;
- Greeting clients and walk-ins in a professional and friendly manner;
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls;
- Taking and relaying updated instructions from clients
- Calling and speaking to clients in a professional manner;
- Scheduling and confirming appointments;
- Corresponding by email in an professional manner;
- Performing data entry and basic administrative tasks;
- Assisting lawyers and legal staff with clerical duties, as needed




- Handling confidential information with discretion

Required computer skills include typing, word processing, proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, experience with record input including, database systems, Microsoft Excell, and Point of Sale systems.

Candidates will need at least 1 year of or administrative-assistant experience. Previous legal office experience is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys a fast-paced workplace, has strong organizational and multitasking skills, and can handle sensitive information with professionalism and care. Client management and satisfaction are the foundation of our business.

We work 4, 10-hr work days, which allows us to take Fridays off and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
