Miraj Hammam Spa is looking for a dedicated, welcoming and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will help create a warm and memorable experience from the moment they arrive. We are seeking someone who takes initiative, enjoys building genuine relationships with clients and remains calm and helpful in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide attentive, professional customer service.
- Respond to company emails, participate in team discussions and offer solutions to guest concerns.
- Address on-site client issues with care and professionalism.
- Coordinate and respond to client reviews, surveys and concerns within 24 hours or less.
- Support the spa’s daily operations and assist with different tasks as needed.
- Work collaboratively with management, aestheticians, massage therapists and other team members.
- Follow and help improve policies and procedures to support a positive experience for guests and employees.
- Maintain the spa’s presentation, cleanliness and brand standards.




- Represent Miraj’s Middle Eastern heritage and Hammam concept with care and respect.

Requirements

- At least 5 years of customer service experience.
- At least 5 years of sales experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle concerns calmly and find helpful solutions.
- A reliable, hardworking and team-oriented approach.
- Availability to work alternating opening and closing shifts, including weekends as needed.

Schedule

- Opening shift: 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- Closing shift: 3:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
- Opening and closing shifts alternate.
- Monday to Friday and weekends as needed.
