Abbie Kaczmarek & Associates

Oakville

We just ranked #26 on RE/MAX’s Top 100 list. Now we’re going higher.

Abbie Kaczmarek and Associates is in the top 1% of RE/MAX agents worldwide and in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. We were among the first to bring cinematic listing films to the Oakville, Burlington and Hamilton market. The brand is built, the look is set and the audience is watching.

What we need now is the person who takes all of it and makes it bigger, bolder and more luxurious than ever before.

Ordinary is not an option here

We don’t want template reels or trending audio over a walkthrough. We don’t want “Just Listed” graphics that look like everyone else’s, or anything you’ve already seen another agent do.

We do want ideas that feel like a fashion campaign, a film premiere or an invitation-only event. We want work that makes other agents ask how we did it. If your references come from fashion, film, hospitality and art rather than real estate, you’re on the right track.

This role is about the vision

You won’t be building a logo or choosing fonts. That work is done. You’ll be the creative engine behind what comes next:

- Listing launches that feel like premieres. Plan each launch from start to finish: the concept, the storyboard, the shot list, the rollout and the reveal. A home launch here should feel as anticipated as a couture drop.
- Full video plans. Map out every listing film, reel and brand piece before the camera rolls, then work with our cinematographer to make work that looks like cinema, not real estate.
- Campaigns that make people stop scrolling. Bring outside-the-box ideas that get shared, saved and talked about, then run them across Instagram, Meta and Google ads, and our website.
- A weekly creative session. Once a week, you’ll come to Abbie with bold ideas, plans and results. Then you’ll leave and make them happen without being chased.
- Growth you can measure. Keep the brand beautiful while proving that the work drives reach, leads and listings.

What’s on the table

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be working on:

- Bus bench campaigns. Create artwork that’s fun, funky and captivating. People should do a double take at the red light and still be thinking about it when they get home.
- Mailers. Design listing mailers and lead-generation pieces that people actually keep on the fridge instead of throwing in the recycling.
- Instagram videos. Plan, storyboard and produce reels and films that stop the scroll and get shared.
- Social media engagement. Grow it. Spark comments, saves, shares and DMs, and turn followers into a community and clients.
- Ideas, and more ideas. Bring a steady stream of big, bold ways to grow the brand. This is the most important part of the job.

(Our newsletter is already taken care of, so you can focus on everything else.)

Who we’re looking for

You have a portfolio that speaks for itself, including campaigns that went viral and launches people still remember. You think in concepts, not content calendars. You know the difference between expensive-looking and actually luxurious. You can storyboard an idea in your head before anyone else has finished their coffee.

You take action without waiting for permission. Abbie has been doing all of this herself, and you’re the person who takes it all off her plate, keeps her in the loop and runs further than she could alone.

Bonus if you know Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere or CapCut, WordPress, Meta and Google Ads, print design, and analytics.

You run it. Fully.

I’m not looking for someone I need to babysit. I don’t want to check in and wonder what you’re working on.

I want to hear about it constantly, and I want to hear it from you first.

That means:

- You send updates before I ask. Tell me what’s done, what’s live, how it’s performing and what’s next.
- You own the calendar. Send me invites with a plan already attached. Shoots, launch dates, creative sessions and deadlines should be booked and ready, so I just show up.
- You take full action. If something needs to happen, you make it happen and handle every step from idea to execution.

If you need direction to get moving, this isn’t the role for you. If you love momentum and want to be the one driving it, keep reading.

Compensation

Negotiable and built around your track record. Superstar results earn superstar pay.

Read this before you apply

Do not apply yet.

First, spend real time with the brand:

- Instagram: @soldbyabbie
- Website: abbiekaczmarek.com

Watch the listing films. Read the captions. Get a feel for who we are. Then apply with:

- Your resume and portfolio, featuring the boldest work you’ve done and the results behind it
- One listing launch you’d do differently, and how. Name a specific post or video of ours and tell us how you’d make it bigger, bolder and more luxurious, in a way that’s never been done in real estate.
- Why you want this role more than anything you’ve applied for before

We’ll only reach out to applicants who are clearly superstars. If that’s you, be persistent and don’t back down. Show us how much you want this. The people who stand out here are the ones who refuse to be ignored.

P.S. Yes, AI helped write this post. No, AI should not write your application. I’m hiring your brain, not your ChatGPT subscription. If your launch idea sounds like a robot came up with it, it probably did, and we’ll know.
