Sani IQ Pest Control is a Milton pest control company growing on five-star service. We’re hiring an Inside sales rep to work our inbound leads by phone, from wherever you are, on a schedule you set — and paid on what you close.

What you’ll do

- Claim coverage blocks each week (mornings, evenings, Saturdays ). During a block you own the phone: every new lead gets called within five minutes
- Run a 10-minute discovery call with a homeowner who already contacted us about mice, ants or wasps, and recommend the right program from a two-option ladder
- Book the job, take payment, and enrol the customer in a year-round protection plan with card on file
- Follow up with everyone who needs time to decide — most closes happen on call two
- Call existing customers who aren’t on a plan yet and move them onto one

How you’re paid — the actual numbers

- 10% of every inbound inquiry you close, paid on money collected
- 7% of every recurring visit your customers pay for in year one
- 3.5% residual on every visit in years two and three — your book keeps paying you as long as they stay
- No cap- Realistic first year is $55–85k depending on the blocks you take and how you close; year two is higher on the same effort because the residuals stack

Who this is for

- You’ve sold memberships,



plans or subscriptions for two years or more — gym, phone carrier, insurance, auto, home services — and you can tell us your numbers
- You’re likeable on the phone in 30 seconds, comfortable quoting real money, and you ask for the payment without making it strange
- “I need to talk to my partner” is where the conversation starts for you
- You want to be paid on results and run your own schedule, and you’re disciplined enough to actually be on the phone when you said you would
- You know nothing about pests. We’ll teach you in two weeks and put you in a truck for a day. We can’t teach drive
