Job Description – Travel Agent (Sabre GDS)
We are looking for an experienced Travel Agent / Travel Consultant to join our team at Dhindsa Travel Ltd.
Job Requirements:
- Must have positive knowledge and hands-on experience with Sabre GDS
- Experience in domestic and international flight bookings
- Ability to create and manage PNRs
- Knowledge of ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds and cancellations
- Experience with fare quotations, fare rules and ticket exchanges
- Ability to handle schedule changes and airline reservations
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Punjabi, Hindi and English language skills preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous travel agency experience preferred
