Job Summary

As an Auto Mechanic, you’ll inspect, maintain, and repair vehicles, using mechanical knowledge and practical tools to help keep them secure and dependable. You’ll work with customers and colleagues to understand repair needs, explain findings, and support timely service.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose vehicle issues using schematics, inspections, and mechanical knowledge; identify appropriate repair and maintenance work.
- Perform automotive repairs and routine maintenance with hand tools and power tools, following safe work practices.
- Complete assembly and welding tasks when needed, and handle heavy lifting as part of shop work.
- Communicate repair findings and service updates clearly, providing helpful customer service and coordinating work with colleagues.

Qualifications





Required: Practical mechanical knowledge, safe use of hand and power tools, and the ability to perform automotive repair, maintenance, assembly, and heavy lifting. Reading schematics and communicating clearly support accurate, dependable work. Preferred: Mechanic experience, dealership experience, welding skills, and customer service strengths are valuable. Your impact: Careful repairs and clear updates help customers make informed decisions and colleagues coordinate service efficiently.

Pay: $22.84-$44.46 per hour
