Glendenning Property Maintenance LTD. is hiring dependable, hardworking individuals to join our winter operations team for the upcoming snow season.

We service commercial and residential properties throughout Bradford, Newmarket, and the surrounding areas. We are looking for experienced equipment operators and truck drivers, as well as reliable labourers who are willing to work hard and learn.

WHAT WE OFFER

- $27–$35 per hour, depending on position and experience.
- $1,000 monthly standby pay for eligible positions, subject to the applicable compensation terms.
- Guaranteed minimum of 100 paid hours for the winter season.
- Guaranteed salary pay arrangement, providing income security even during periods of limited snowfall.
- Potential opportunities for continued employment during the summer landscaping and property maintenance season.
- Opportunities to gain experience operating equipment and working in commercial winter maintenance.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE1. Snow Removal Equipment Operators

We are looking for experienced operators to assist with clearing snow from commercial and residential properties.

Experience operating loaders, tractors, sidewalk equipment, or other snow removal machinery is an asset.

2. Plow Truck Drivers

We are looking for dependable drivers to assist with winter road, parking lot, and property maintenance operations.

Requirements:

- Valid Ontario G driver's licence.
- Clean driving record.




- Previous truck driving and/or snow plowing experience.
- Ability to respond to winter weather events as required.

3. Snow Removal Labourers

We are hiring labourers to assist with sidewalk and entrance clearing, shovelling, snow blower operation, and other winter maintenance duties.

Previous snow removal experience is an asset but is not required for labourer positions. We welcome applicants who are physically capable, dependable, willing to learn, and ready to work as part of a team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Availability for on-call work during winter weather events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to the Bradford-area reporting location or assigned work site.
- Ability to work outdoors in cold, snowy, and icy conditions.
- Dependability, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to working safely.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Please understand that snow removal is weather-dependent. Employees must be prepared for overnight call-outs, extended shifts, and changing work schedules when winter weather occurs.

WORK LOCATION

Bradford, Newmarket, and surrounding areas.

Applicants must be able to reliably reach the designated reporting location when required.
