GoodLife Group seeks a Lifeguard to protect participants in the pool, whirlpool, and pool deck. You will monitor Aqua Group Fitness classes and Family Swim, enforce pool rules, and respond to emergencies. The position also supports facility cleanliness, water chemistry testing, and required paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain constant surveillance across pool and whirlpool areas
- Monitor Aqua Group Fitness and Family Swim sessions
- Provide emergency care until medical services arrive
- Enforce pool rules fairly and explain their rationale




- Test water chemistry and report facility deficiencies promptly

Requirements:

- Six months to one year of related experience
- Current National Lifeguard Service’s Lifeguard Certificate
- CPR-C included and dated within two years
- Basic understanding of pool operations and water chemistry
- Calm emergency response and customer-focused interpersonal skills
