Build industrial equipment with IMW Industries in Chilliwack using hand tools, mechanical skills, and careful production methods. This full-time position follows a Monday-Friday day shift.

As a Manufacturing Labourer, you will support equipment assembly, material preparation, and hands-on production tasks. The work includes drills, thread sealant, Loctite, measurements, and production drawings. You will also complete quality records, inspect work, and maintain secure, orderly areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with industrial equipment, parts, and sub-assembly assembly
- Operate drills and basic hand and power tools
- Prepare fittings and pipe with sealant and Loctite
- Follow drawings, work instructions, and accurate measurements

move, and organize production materials

Requirements:

- High school diploma or Grade 12 preferred
- Manufacturing, general labour, or mechanical experience is an asset
- Familiarity with common hand tools and safe use
- Mechanical aptitude and careful hands-on work
- Basic computer, data-entry, English, and driver’s licence requirements
