Gain retail experience as a Sales Assistant A at McGill University’s Macdonald Campus Store, supporting customer service and order fulfillment.

This part-time position offers experiential learning in a retail workplace at the Centennial Center. You will help serve the McGill community while supporting sales, merchandising, and web orders. Shifts are expected to range from three to eight hours weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and support a positive store experience
- Find, verify, pack, and distribute web orders
- Shelve books, merchandise clothing, and restock products
- Price products and verify product codes
- Process sales transactions and update order statuses

Requirements:

- Current McGill student with a high school diploma
- Availability for two days of required training
- English fluency; French knowledge is an asset
- Ability to lift boxes and bins weighing up to 30 pounds
- Organized, punctual, efficient, detail-oriented, self-starting approach
