Position Summary

We are seeking an Junior Carpenter to join our team and assist with a variety of residential construction projects. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in carpentry while gaining hands‑on experience in the field.

Working alongside experienced tradespeople, you will support daily job site activities, develop technical skills, and contribute to projects ranging from renovations to new builds.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with general carpentry tasks on residential job sites
- Support project setup, material handling,



and site organization
- Follow direction from lead carpenters and supervisors
- Maintain a clean and safe work workplace
- Adhere to safety standards and local building requirements
- Use and care for tools and equipment properly

Qualifications

- Some experience in construction or remodeling is an asset, but not required
- Willingness to learn and take direction in a team setting
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Basic understanding of job site safety practices
- Valid driver's license with a clean record preferred
- Access to dependable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Compensation & Benefits

- Full‑time position
- Hourly pay: $19.00 - $21.50, depending on experience
- Paid time off including vacation and holidays
