As a Banquet Server, you will prepare meeting rooms according to banquet event orders and serve banquet meals to guests. You will uphold Coast Hotels standards for freshness, appearance, and consistency while following liquor control laws. The position emphasizes customer service, food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and cooperative teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up meeting rooms according to banquet event orders
- Serve banquet meals and maintain guest service standards
- Present food and beverage items consistently and attractively




- Follow provincial liquor control laws and food safety regulations
- Act on instructions from Banquet Captains and Managers

Requirements:

- Minimum one year of experience in a similar position
- Serving It Right Certification or equivalent
- Strong English communication and organizational skills
- Superior customer service philosophy and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
