Overnight customer service at GoodLife Fitness in Kanata requires front desk expertise, welcoming communication, and member-focused support. This part time role serves Members overnight.

As a Customer Service Representative, or Motivator, you will greet Members, check them into the Club, and assist Potential Members. You will handle calls, answer questions, resolve concerns, and support membership and service sales. The role also includes Fit-Fix Starter sessions and maintaining Club cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet Members and Potential Members warmly upon arrival
- Check Members in for their workouts
- Answer calls within three rings and book appointments
- Assist with FitFix and Cardio machine questions
- Complete Club runs, cleaning, learning, and meetings

Requirements:

- CPR-A and AED Certification
- Smart Tan certification within three months
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency and customer service skills
- Previous customer service and sales experience is an asset
