Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service to salon clients
- Perform a variety of hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and styling
- Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques
- Consult with clients to determine their desired hair style and provide recommendations
- Sanitize and maintain salon tools and equipment
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction
- Assist with front desk duties as needed

Requirements

- Valid cosmetology license
- Proven experience as a hair stylist
- Robust knowledge of hair styling techniques and trends
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and understand their needs
- Proficient in retail sales and upselling salon products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
