Serve holiday shoppers at the LCBO in Ottawa using customer service and POS skills. This fixed-term, on-site position runs from November 16 to December 31, 2026.

As a Holiday Customer Service Representative, you will support customers in a retail store while building knowledge of wine, beer, cider, and spirits. Paid online training supports customer service skills and product learning. You will report to the Store Manager and help create memorable holiday shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve customers promptly and responsibly using the POS/Cash system
- Ask for donations through the Spirit of Sustainability campaign
- Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys
- Receive inventory, replenish stock, and face products on shelves
- Keep the store clean, organized, and protected

Requirements:

- Work on-site at 103A-50 Rideau Street, Ottawa
- Be legally allowed to work in Canada
- Be at least 18 years old
- Support customers and work effectively with teammates
- Lift cases up to 40 pounds repeatedly while standing
