Support asphalt operations as a Construction Labourer with Border Paving Ltd., handling materials, site preparation, and outdoor production tasks.

This part-time position works alongside Operators and Supervisors in an outdoor construction environment. You will support daily production through manual grading, material handling, equipment operation, and work-zone preparation. Safety and productive crew operations remain central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Load, unload, and move construction materials
- Prepare and maintain work areas
- Perform manual grading, digging, and site preparation
- Operate rollers and skid steers once qualified
- Assist with work-zone sign setup

Requirements:

- Minimum Class 5 license
- Class 3 license or Q Endorsement considered an asset
- Previous asphalt or construction experience considered an asset
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Current driver's abstract required before hiring
