Serve guests at Chances as a part time Lounge Server, using listening skills and product knowledge in a high-volume dining room. Work evenings and weekends while managing multiple demands.

Gateway is seeking an outgoing Server to create personalized guest experiences and build loyalty. You will promote events and products while taking orders, serving food and beverages, and supporting entertainment. The role requires teamwork, pressure management, cash handling, and specialty food and beverage knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain expert knowledge of products, events, and promotions
- Take orders and serve food and beverages accurately
- Expedite orders within established time guidelines
- Participate in promotional activities, events,



and photo sessions
- Present live entertainment when required

Requirements:

- Two or more years in high-volume casual dining
- Cash handling experience with POS systems or registers
- Serving It Right, ProServe, or Smart Serve certificate
- Effective public speaking skills and presence
- Ability to carry fully loaded serving trays up to 30 pounds
