Support Vancouver clients on-site as a part-time Client Engagement Associate, using banking knowledge, communication, and digital tools daily.

As part of CIBC’s Personal and Business Banking Team, you will support everyday banking needs in a banking centre. Answer questions, assist with transactions, explain products and services, and connect clients with appropriate team members. You will also help clients use mobile banking applications and contribute to banking centre success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer client questions about everyday banking needs
- Assist clients with banking transactions and accounts
- Explain relevant products and services clearly
- Introduce clients to mobile banking applications
- Identify opportunities for specialist referrals
