As a Fit4Less Host, you provide consistent service to members and prospective members. You also maintain cleanliness standards, complete minor maintenance tasks, and support automated and virtual club processes. The position combines verbal communication, written communication, and member education. You promote memberships and Black Card amenities while contributing to Fit4Less brand expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome members and guests warmly with greetings and thanks
- Provide friendly customer and membership services
- Clean and tidy the club to stated standards
- Educate members about memberships,



amenities, and automation
- Report deficiencies, incidents, and customer service concerns

Requirements:

- High School diploma or progress toward completion
- One year of teamwork or volunteer experience
- Verbal and written communication skills
- WHMIS and First Aid, CPR-A, and AED Certification
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage time effectively
