Reporting to the Facilities Operations Manager, the Outdoor Rink Maintenance Attendant supports rink operations in Russell, Ontario. The work includes maintaining the ice surface, monitoring conditions, caring for the shelter, and completing repairs as required. Shifts follow maintenance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Water and maintain the outdoor ice surface regularly
- Remove snow from the rink area
- Report ice conditions weekly to management
- Maintain the shelter and complete required repairs
- Report concerns to the Facilities Operations Manager

Requirements:

- At least 16 years old
- Understanding of French and English
- Ability to speak French and English
- Ability to read and write both languages
- Availability for shifts based on maintenance needs
