Drive and install merchandise for Aaron’s while demonstrating products and delivering positive customer experiences in a store-based community role.

Aaron’s Delivery Drivers support customers and daily store operations through driving, installation, merchandise movement, and product demonstrations. The position requires solid communication, electronics knowledge, secure loading practices, and accurate route documentation. Drivers work inside and outside the store while connecting with customers in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Stage, load, and secure products for transport
- Safely operate the company vehicle
- Unload and install merchandise for customers
- Demonstrate product use to customers
- Maintain accurate route and maintenance sheets

Requirements:

- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
- Meet United States or Canada minimum age requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently
- Ability to lift 300 pounds with assistance
- Ability to work varying hours and outdoor conditions
