Prepare exact color batches and wet samples as a Dispensing Technician working with prescribed formulas, materials, and processing equipment. Evening and night shifts are available.

Reporting to the Color Manufacturing Manager, this role supports color formulations in a controlled environment. You will dispense, correct, and produce batches, prepare samples, and record color data using iMatch software. Accuracy, safety, and organized documentation are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Dispense, correct, and produce color batches accurately
- Prepare wet color samples from prescribed formulas
- Operate paint shakers, drawdown tables, and scales
- Record color data using iMatch software
- Maintain equipment, supplies, records, and work areas

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or Level 12 G.E.D.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Ability to multitask independently and collaboratively
- General mechanical aptitude is an asset
- Dispensing Technician or related experience is an asset
