Process client orders and account configurations as an Order Fulfillment Specialist with net2phone Canada in Ottawa, working in-office Monday through Friday.
As part of the Onboarding & Fulfillment Team, you will support long-term client retention through accurate, productive service. You will fulfill additional-service requests, manage configurations, handle ports, and coordinate with Client Services and Sales teams. The role also includes inventory, shipments, returns, and special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfill client orders according to internal service-level agreements
- Assist with accurate account configurations and fixes
- Process ports, suspensions, removals, and account closures
- Manage shipments, hardware returns, and inventory records
- Collaborate with Client Services and Sales teams
Requirements:
- Two or more years in fulfillment, warehousing, retail, or customer experience
- Highly proficient English reading, writing, and speaking skills
- French language skills are a strong asset
- Accurate, detail-oriented approach to configurations, billing, and inventory
- Commitment to internal service-level agreements and process maintenance
