Key Responsibilities:
- Provide talent acquisition support for hiring and intern initiatives
- Organize internship networking and engagement events
- Support the annual Internal Control Review and MCRP
- Develop recruiting materials aligned with Global Employment Branding
- Partner with HR Business Partners on People Cycle Plans
Requirements:
- Relevant undergraduate or graduate degree in progress
- Communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Practical familiarity with Generative AI tools
