Poulet Rouge is seeking a Grill Team Member to own the grill station and ensure quality, consistency, and speed during service. You’ll prepare chicken fillets, apply sauces, and manage portions, while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of kitchen or high-volume experience, a strong food-safety mindset, and a team-first attitude. This is a full time, year-round role with growth opportunities within Poulet Rouge.
