The Ma Mawi Wi Chi Itata Centre seeks Heart Helpers for five Youth Care Homes. You will support culturally appropriate programming, care planning, and youth skill development. The work includes violence prevention, healthy relationships, education, leadership, and wrap-around support with families and agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support children and youth in group care homes
- Support caseloads and healing plans
- Supervise youth during residential care
- Contribute to culturally appropriate programming
- Work cooperatively with families and collateral agencies

Requirements:

- Child and Youth Care Diploma or acceptable equivalent
- Related experience; experiential applicants encouraged
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Understanding of Indigenous values and community issues
