As part of Dynacare’s Laboratory and Health Services Centre, you will help create a positive patient experience during stressful situations. This permanent, full-time position includes blood and specimen collection, patient testing, customer service, and secure information handling. You will also contribute to regulatory compliance, quality indicators, and departmental metrics. Day shifts cover weekdays and Saturdays at 1553 Dundas Street East and 595 Bradley Avenue.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create a respectful, reassuring experience for patients
- Conduct patient tests including ECGs and Holter hookups




- Sort and direct specimens according to established protocols
- Complete requisitions and supporting documentation for laboratory transport
- Contribute to quality metrics and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

- Completed secondary school education
- Laboratory Assistant or Medical Lab Assistance training
- Phlebotomy specialization and demonstrated venipuncture skill
- Ability to manage deadlines and self-manage priorities
- Explicit written and verbal English communication
