Harris seeks a Director Research and Development to provide technical direction across the organization. This senior leader owns the technology roadmap, manages resources, and guides R&D; execution. The work includes project management, cross-functional coordination, executive communication, and financial planning for the department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical direction for product development and support services
- Own the strategic technology roadmap for product development
- Manage budgets, personnel, infrastructure, and R&D; resources




- Lead projects from planning through delivery
- Report KPIs, risks, progress, and outcomes to senior management

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years managing projects or programs
- 3+ years in leadership or management
- Bilingual English and Korean with international travel eligibility
