As a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative, you will support store operations and create exceptional employee and customer experiences. You will engage customers on the sales floor, curate product collections, and use Indigo products to tell stories. The position also includes merchandising, inventory, receiving merchandise, and processing returns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage and connect with customers on the sales floor
- Curate product collections for individual customer needs
- Conduct inventory counts and replenish store stock
- Receive merchandise, shelve products,



and process returns
- Create warm, welcoming, visually appealing store environments

Requirements:

- Retail experience preferred, but not required
- Adaptability and willingness to learn store operations
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds
- Versatile availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and mornings
