Support clean, secure dining service as a Dishwasher at Cogir Senior Living, maintaining kitchen equipment and surfaces for residents. This position works within a retirement residence kitchen.

Reporting to the Culinary Manager, the Dishwasher keeps dishwashing operations and kitchen areas clean and operational. Cogir Senior Living manages retirement residences offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The work supports dietary service while respecting Resident Rights and Responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Load, operate, empty, and put away dishes
- Clean cooking areas, tables, stoves, ovens, grills, and hoods
- Damp mop kitchen floors regularly
- Clean blenders, refrigerators, and other kitchen equipment
- Attend training and meetings as required

Requirements:

- Empathy for elderly and handicapped residents
- Ability to follow food handling and storage procedures
- Ability to follow portion control directions accurately
- Ability to work accurately and quickly
- English reading and writing ability
