We’re looking for a reliable, hands on Assistant to support our Used Car Manager and keep thepre-owned department running smoothly. From managing inventory to keeping everyvehicle and the lot looking its best, you’ll play a key role in making sure ourcustomers get a outstanding first impression every time they visit.

Whatyou’ll do

- Assistthe Used Car Sales Manager with used car and wholesale inventory
- Receive,stock in, and log used vehicles into the inventory system
- Capturequality interior and exterior photos of vehicles
- Uploadphotos and vehicle details to create and update online listings
- Monitoractive listings daily to ensure they are live, photos display properly, andpricing and details are accurate
- Inspectvehicles for damage and blemishes
- Keepvehicles and the lot clean and presentable
- Completeall documentation accurately and on time
- Otherduties as assigned

What you bring

- Valid Ontario G driver’s licenceand a clean driving record
- Automotive industry experience isan asset but not required
- Strong initiative, high energy, anda positive attitude
- Process driven,



with excellentorganization and prioritization skills
- Strong problem solving and conflictresolution skills
- Flexibility to work a variedschedule, including evenings and weekends
