Indigo seeks a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative for a fixed-term contract. You will create authentic customer experiences while supporting daily retail operations. The position combines customer engagement, merchandising, inventory activities, and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers on the sales floor
- Tell stories through Indigo products
- Replenish stock and shelve products
- Process returns and incoming merchandise
- Create welcoming, visually appealing store environments
Requirements:
- Experience in specialty retail preferred, not required
- Adaptability and willingness to learn store operations
- Ability to remain mobile on sales floors
- Ability to lift items up to 40 pounds
- Flexible evening, weekend, holiday, overnight, or morning availability
