This Labourer position supports warehouse, shipping, and plant activities at Compass Minerals. Responsibilities include packaging equipment operation, forklift use, material handling, bulk truck loading, sanitation inspections, and cleaning. The role also includes general labour duties such as painting and janitorial work. Candidates must work at heights and in confined spaces while covering days, afternoons, and midnights as required.
