Serve GoodLife Fitness Members overnight at Oshawa Centre Mall using customer service, front desk, and computer skills. This is a part time position.

As a Customer Service Representative, or Motivator, you will welcome Members and Potential Members at the Club. You will support check-ins, calls, appointments, memberships, Club services, and member questions. The position also includes Fit-Fix Starter sessions and cleaning tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet Members and Potential Members warmly upon arrival
- Check Members in for workouts and direct visitors
- Answer calls, take messages, and book appointments
- Resolve Member questions, concerns, and information updates
- Complete Fit-Fix sessions, Club runs, and cleaning tasks

Requirements:

- CPR-A and AED Certification
- Smart Tan certification within three months of employment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency and knowledge of the fitness industry
- Customer service and sales experience is an asset
