Deliver Soho House service with menu expertise and POS accuracy as a Server, creating approachable experiences for members and guests. Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

As a Server, you will explain menu items, discuss allergies, recommend pairings, and present specials. You will follow Soho House Service Standards while coordinating with Front of House and Back of House colleagues. The position requires hospitality, attention to detail, and calm problem solving under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Educate members and guests about menus, allergies, specials, and pairings
- Enter orders accurately into POS and support guest requests
- Communicate allergy concerns and red flags to management and Executive Chef
- Complete pre-service duties, checklists,



and end-of-shift reports
- Serve correctly plated and coursed food while supporting runners and bussers

Requirements:

- Minimum two plus years of similar experience
- Smart Serve certification, Tips certification, and POS knowledge
- Hospitable, approachable, and passionate about customer service
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to move and lift at least 20 pounds
