Support commercial banking clients from Beem Credit Union’s Kelowna Hub using accurate administration, lending knowledge, and relationship management in a hybrid arrangement.

The Sales Support Specialist provides operational and administrative support to Commercial and Small Business Divisions. You will process client requests, transactions, loan documentation, and reviews while supporting compliance and business growth. Collaboration with Portfolio Managers, Advisors, internal departments, and external partners enables consistent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to client requests and process transactions accurately
- Facilitate wire transfers, foreign exchange, and money instruments
- Process loan documents, changes, deficiencies, and credit reviews




- Maintain CRM data and support AML and KYC compliance
- Coordinate payment solutions and cross-referral opportunities

Requirements:

- Post-secondary business diploma or degree
- Three to five years of related experience
- At least one year of lending experience
- Proficiency with banking systems and Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Ability to follow transaction limits, AML, security, and fraud policies
