You will manage material flow, assemble wooden products, interpret production paperwork and CAD drawings, and follow Standardized Work, Control Plans, and Product Specifications. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate manufacturing equipment and required hand tools
- Assemble wooden products according to documented requirements
- Interpret customer requirements from paperwork and CAD drawings




- Identify problems and communicate issues to supervisors
- Participate in cross-training and standard work improvements

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to interpret drawings, dimensions, and tape measurements
- Ability to follow documented process controls
- Organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods
