Lead early learning with The Learning Experience as a full time PreK Teacher using classroom management and developmentally appropriate practices.

This teacher role develops young minds through a growth mindset and a love of learning. You will lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers while creating safe, nurturing classrooms. The position uses the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children according to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor less experienced classroom teachers
- Manage a safe, nurturing learning environment
- Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®
- Communicate children’s achievements regularly with parents
- Partner with staff and leadership around enrollment goals

Requirements:

- At least six months of qualified teaching experience
- One year of teaching experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree in ECE preferred
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices required
